Justin is a tech startup professional based in San francisco with 7+ years of [full-time] work experience in B2B/B2C operations, client success, account management, digital marketing, and customer support supervisory role.

From 2017 to 2021, Justin spent his professional career at MTailor, an AI tech startup, which he successfully led video marketing projects from concept to public launches, while independently managing tech and merchandise operational processes and workflow.

As of 2023, Justin manages over 50 accounts at Codi, a tech real estate startup, aiming to improve churn rate and maximize MRR/ARR. Serving as the sole in-person contact for companies such as Ridepanda, Grindr, Mastercard, and Instacart in the SF market, he is responsible for in-person client meetings and proactively addresses all office-related questions and concerns to ensure a world-class client experience. Minimum of 1 week downtime. This requires strict communication with production team overseas to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Kept internal cross-functional teams informed on the progress of ad creation through Jira, Slack, and Gmail.

    Communicated with external teams through Gmail, third party hiring site, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Sheet, and Excel.

  • Independently led the production of the shoot remotely. Camera placement, lighting, facial expression, set location, props, script, and etc.
